German chamomile has been used in herbal remedies for thousands of years throughout ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Native to Southern and Western Europe and parts of Asia, German Chamomile is a flowering perennial shrub in the Asteraceae family. It is also known as Blue Chamomile, as it contains the naturally-occurring constituent chamazulene, which gives the essential oil a deep, rich blue color. German Chamomile Vitality provides powerful antioxidants and can be taken as a dietary supplement to support well-being, promote feelings of calmness and occasional nervous tension, and support a normal, healthy outlook during PMS.*
Directions
