Ginger essential oil is obtained from the root of the ginger plant, a member of the broader Zingiberaceae family. Traditionally used as a food flavoring and herbal remedy in India and China, it was taken to the Mediterranean as early as the 1st century AD. Ginger essential oil has a warm, spicy aroma. Ginger Vitality™ essential oil has a delicious, spicy flavor and may provide digestive comfort and healthy weight management when taken internally.

Directions
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil and apply to desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
